Virgilia Readett

Gillie began her optical career with Specsavers in 2012 as a casual role while completing her Bachelor degree. She soon found it was her passion and went on to complete her optical dispensing qualification, and later her training and assessment qualification. Gillie has worked in several stores in supervisory and in store trainer positions.

Gillie believes skilled dispensers are a vital key to successful visual outcomes for customers and is excited to assist ACOD in upskilling the optical assistants of our industry.
