Carly Toms

Carly is a qualified optical dispenser with over 13 years’ experience within the industry. Initially employed with OPSM in 2005, then with Specsavers in 2008, Carly is a professional within her field, managing several Specsavers branches with intent to purchasing her own.

Carly completed the Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing in 2013 and achieved the highest award attached to this course, the TAFE NSW State Medal. Following this and in line with her passion for teaching and training, Carly completed the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2014. During her career, Carly has completed multiple courses in Leadership, Staff Training, Culture in Optics and Project Management. As a trainer, Carly is developing her skillset with further education within the optical field to deliver the most relevant and latest information to her students.
